February Storm Water Information Flyer

Ensure that connections to the proper utilities are made to prevent contamination of the stormwater system. The only substance intended for the storm sewer is stormwater. Banned, or illicit, discharges include:

Sanitary wastewater, such as water from sinks, laundry, or toilets

Effluents from septic tanks

Spills from roadway accidents

Improper disposal of auto and household hazardous wastes
