BOROUGH OF BRIELLE
ORDINANCE NO. 1132
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER ONE OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF BRIELLE ENTITLED “GENERAL”
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Governing Body of the Borough of Brielle that Section 1-5.1
Maximum Penalty and Section 1-5.4 Minimum Penalty be amended as follows:
1-5.1 Maximum Penalty shall now be $2,500.00.
1-5.4 Minimum Penalty shall now read $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that all ordinances or parts of ordinance that are inconsistent with the foregoing are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of inconsistency.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication according to law.
