ORDINANCE NO. 1123

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER TWENTY, SECTION SIX, SUB­ SECTION SEVEN (20-6.7) OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF BRIELLE ENTITLED "LAND USE FEES".

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Governing Body of the Borough of Brielle that Section 20-6.7 entitled "Fees" be amended as follows:

1. Site Plans:

Minor Site Plan     $4,000.00

Preliminary Major Site Plan      $5,000.00

Final Major Site Plan     $5,000.00

Subdivisions:

Preliminary Major Subdivision     $5,000.00

Final Major Subdivision      $5,000.00

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that all ordinances or parts of ordinance inconsistent with the foregoing are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of the inconsistency.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication according to law.
